Creative Wellness at Home

Welcome to Creative Wellness at Home, a Creative Resilience Project by Community and Cultural Connections Inc (CCCi) and supported by funding from Inner West Council.

We’re hosting weekly do-at-home activities aimed at promoting mindfulness, creativity, cultural connection and resilience during lockdown. Each week, we’ll have a different activity for you to do with simple instructions!

These activities are designed by qualified art therapists and resilience specialists to help you stay mindful and connected. These activities will incorporate physical movement, mindfulness, and cultural expression to promote holistic wellness and resilience during this really challenging time.

Our weekly activities will be released via this newsletter and promoted on Facebook. We’ll also be sharing activities from other sources that you can do at home. You can also visit this link creativeresilienceinnerwest.substack.com to see all of the activities so far.

Submit and share your creative works

We’d love to see what you create. Email us photos, video, audio, words, anything that you come up with as a part of completing these activities. We’ll share them in our weekly emails and on social media. There’s also a chance a chance to win prizes at the end of the 10 weeks!
